OUR RENTAL AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Our team is dedicated to the leasing and management of residential investment properties in the Orlando area. Our services include but not limited to solicitation of tenants, review of applications, and execution of lease agreements. We coordinate any maintenance / repairs, subcontract repairs as necessary and provide a report with the original invoices.

We are strict but fair with the tenants in regards to timely rent payments and making sure the tenants are in compliance with the terms of the lease agreement.

MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY

We use the latest technologies and resources in order to market your property aggressively. We will place your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to attract Realtors and link your listing to 50+ internet sites (see graphic below).

MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS

The repairs are ordered on an “a la carte” basis. The repairs are subcontracted by outside vendors. Repairs limits are set by you. Meaning we will gladly repair an item automatically without contacting you for permission up to your specified limit. Most owners feel comfortable with $150 limit.

The large repairs would require prior written permission from you following an estimate. Generally the sub-contractor will send you an invoice for payment after the repairs have been done.
